Trying to keep up

Maybe I will get the hang of this before too long. I will try to fill in the blank spots. I blogged about Erk coming for a visit, I blogged about the sibling reunion and the hummingbirds. I did not say anything about our trip to Utah to babysit 6 (yes six ) grandchildren. Actually it was fun. We always love to see them and we try to surpise Christy and Carl while they are gone. (BY the way, none of this is in chronological order, but, oh well) Anyway, last time, we re-did the kids bathroom, this time, we did not have has much time - BECAUSE - there were six of them all going in different directions during the day (I do not know how Christy does it!) , sooo - all we got accomplished this time was to re-place their front door and new bedroom linens and a surprise new bunk bed for the girls. The highlight of course, was the kids. Had a great time with them. AND since I am solong in getting this posted, it is almost time to go see them again next week. We will leave Saturday, go to SLC for Thanksgiving, then to Denver for a long weekend and then back home to hopefully - a finished kitchen!!!!
