New addition

"Magic" joined our entourage today. Magic got her name when the family that she was living with looked out into their pasture and herd of donkeys and saw this little black foal following its mama around. They had no idea that the female was pregnant, so it looked to them as if she just magically appeared! Anyway, "Magic" was trying to be female dominant in the herd and her mama didn't like it, so....time to find her own. AND our Jake was so lonely, we figured it was a perfect match. {I think it was love at first sight}

NOW...maybe Jake will stay away from my kitchen door and opening it all the time when I forget to lock it!

I don't know if he would actually come in, but I am not going to find out. I have cordoned off the area next to the kitchen, because Jake has also discovered how to turn the water on just outside the kitchen door.

They are both fun to watch now, running all over the place and nipping at each other. Jake was so lonely before Magic got here today, he would chase cars as they drove by and follow 

Carl around just like a little puppy.(Now they both follow us around.) Magic, I have been told, loves to be petted and washed down with a water hose. We'll see if she can talk Jake into it also. Jake likes to be petted, but I don't know about the water...........................
