Thought the kids would like to see pix of Sadie

Sadie is a cute little five month old black lab. Very docile and loving. We are currently keeping her while she recovers from her wounds and while we try to find her a decent home. She had been deserted and then taken to one of my friend's house, but unfortunately that friend had a pit bull. The pit bull did not like Sadie. She came to us yesterday right after she had been attacked by that pit bull. When we discovered that she was really hurt, I called the friend and she took Sadie to the vet and he stitched her up. The pit bull really ripped her up pretty good, but today she is doing really well. She takes her medicine like a good little girl, except she would not leave her bandages alone, so Carl finally just took them off. We believe that she is about 5 months old. So, we don't know how long she will be with us, but Carl will enjoy having her around while he is outside.
