Shrimp boat Manny

This current trip back home has allowed us to discover two more great places to eat and one thing the Hatton's do enjoy doing is eating. You will notice that all of my blogs usually have food in them. I may not be able to eat much, but I sure enjoy what I do get to eat!
Anyway, in Livingston, we took a little detour and discovered this great little cajun place to eat - Shrimp Boat Manny's. They have all of the great cajun dishes and seasoned just right - even for the biggest whimp (me) when it comes to spicy food.

Carl had the Mini-Manny which consisted of etoufee, fried shrimp, fried oysters, fried fish, hushpuppies, specially seasoned baked potato and  steamed vegetables. I got the appetizer of Magnolia Petals (fried onion rings) and hopefully they will reheat okay since I brought 90% of them home with me! Anyway, very yummy!
