Done Deal!

Phew! The house is considered finished...by the insurance standards, anyway. Still got a couple of swipes of paint that needs to be done and the fence needs to be sealed. What a chore it was working with the mortgage company to release the funds.......not easy and they STILL have almost $3K......#$%&*!
We got roof on all of the buildings and house and garage, new siding on all of the buildings plus the house, new soffitt and fascia and painted everything, also replaced a 38 foot section of fence and power cleaned the rest of it. Got a new 5 ton A/C unit and two new doors for the "emu" building. I feel like I have a new house!
