Carl is really enjoying his garden. Things are really growing. We have been getting squash for about 4 weeks now and the tomatoes are starting to ripen. Hooray. We are going to have a plethora amount of tomatoes. (Better get a sign painted to sell them...gonna be more than I can put up or give away) Last year Carl planted about 40 plants of tomatoes...had way too many...this year he plants 75 ??????? (See my problem?)
The yard long beans are also producing pretty good. We have had about 4 meals from them. Things are really growing so we will be busy now for the next few weeks with the produce. Corn is tasseling out and it won't be too long before we can have FRESH corn, peas & tomatoes.
